These Terms govern the use of the MR Sudoku mobile application ("the App"). By installing or using the App, you accept these Terms.
1. The App
The App is provided by MR Pixel Suit Studio. MR Sudoku is a single-player Sudoku game with statistics, themes, music, trophies and unlockable content.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive and revocable license to install and use the App for personal, non-commercial use.
You may not decompile, resell, sublicense, distribute or use the App in an illegal or harmful way.
3. Ads and rewarded content
The App may show banners, interstitial ads and rewarded videos through Google AdMob. Some content or extra uses, such as hints, themes or music, may be unlocked by voluntarily watching a rewarded video.
Rewarded ads start only after your explicit action. If an ad is not available or is interrupted, the reward may not be granted.
4. Updates and changes
We may release updates, change features, add or remove content and fix technical issues at any time.
5. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", with no guarantee of uninterrupted operation or absence of errors.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.
7. Privacy
Use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date shows the latest revision.
